Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite meals to your cart, choose your delivery date and pay online. Your meals arrive chilled or frozen and can be reheated in just 3–5 minutes.
Do you have a subscription policy?
We do offer subscriptions for your favorite selections; do check them out from the Subscription Plans Tab.
What are your delivery schedules?
We deliver during Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9 am to 6pm) windows. Please ensure your orders are finalized before the cut-off timing (2pm daily).
Can I place a late order?
Orders cannot be delivered on the next delivery schedule slots if orders are finalized after the cut off timing.
How do I know my allocated delivery date & timing?
Your delivery will be based on the next delivery schedule from your order date. For enquiry, you may reach out to us via Email/ WhatsApp.
What are the delivery fees?
Our delivery fees $5 - $10 (except for Tuas & Sentosa at $25) will be calculated automatically at your checkout.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
We do not deliver on public holidays currently.
How do I receive my delivery?
Please ensure you are reachable by phone or WhatsApp. If you are not home, orders will be left at your doorstep for your retrieval before end of delivery window to ensure food safety.
Do you provide cooler bags?
We do not provide cooler bags. You may leave your own bag outside (e.g., 23x30x30cm) for our drivers to place your meals into upon arrival.
Food & Menu
How do you weigh the meal portions?
Meals are weighed chilled with calibrated scales. Portion weight may drop slightly after reheating due to natural moisture loss.
How often does the menu change?
Our core menu remains fixed, but we listen customer feedback to add in seasonal meals.
Are there any vegetarian options?
While we don't have a full vegetarian menu now, we are exploring the option to include with customer feedback.
Are the meals delivered fresh?
Meals are cooked to order, and delivered freshly chilled. They remain safe when stored between -18°C and 4°C.
Packaging & Storage
Storage Duration?
Freezer (-18°C): Up to 7 days.
Chiller (0°C to 4°C): Consume within 3 days.
Reheating Instructions?
Microwave: Thaw first (4–5 mins at 30% power), then heat at 90–100% power for 3–4 minutes with lid loose. Steamer: 10–15 minutes, lid removed.
Transporting Meals?
Use small cooler bags for trips under 3 hours and ensure meals are fully frozen before leaving.
Payments & Coupon Codes
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayNow. All transactions are securely processed online during the checkout process.
How do I use a coupon code?
Simply enter your coupon code in the designated field at the checkout page before finalizing your payment. The discount will be applied immediately to your order total.
Is there a discount for your members?
Yes! All Members Only Coupon Code can be found in MY REWARDS page.
